CSCrawlerSignal

Privacy

No account in the first version

CrawlerSignal audits the public URL you enter, plus public files near the site root such as robots.txt, llms.txt, and sitemap.xml.

The beta does not create accounts, store scan history in a product database, process payments, or modify your website. Generated snippets stay in your browser unless you copy or download them.

What is logged

To validate the MVP, CrawlerSignal records lightweight product events such as page views, guide clicks, audit starts, scan success or failure, copy actions, downloads, contact email clicks, and human-verification errors. Hosting providers may also keep normal request metadata such as timestamp, path, IP-derived network data, user agent, and server logs.

What not to scan

Do not scan private, internal, password-protected, confidential, or legally sensitive URLs. The tool is designed for public websites only.

Third-party services

CrawlerSignal uses Vercel for hosting and Cloudflare Turnstile for human verification. When configured, it may also use OpenPanel or Google Analytics for product events, and Microsoft Clarity for session replay so we can understand confusing flows and improve the MVP.
